Hearings on Designating Petitions 2024 Presidential Primary

Hearings for Designating Petitions and related matters for the April 2, 2024 Presidential Primary Election are scheduled for Tuesday, February 6, 2024. 

All hearings will begin promptly at 1:00pm and will be held in-person. No virtual appearances will be permitted. Anyone wishing to appear before the Board must file a Notice of Appearance/Authorization, which can be found here. 

Matters will be called in the order that they appear on their respective calendars. The Calendar Order has been confirmed as follows: 
•    Prima Facie 
•    Specifications 

Any materials to be reviewed by the Board must be submitted at the Hearing. You may verify the schedule and respective calendars here.
