Meeting of the Commissioners’ Petition & Cover Sheet Review
Committee for Independent Nominating Petition Matters
for the November 5, 2024 General Election
Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the
Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well
as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Guidelines [Guideline D2], a Commissioners’ Petition
and Cover Sheet Review Committee, will meet in accordance with the following schedule:

In the event that there are no matters for consideration by the Commissioners’
Committee, at a scheduled meeting, notice of cancellation will be posted on the
BOE’s website by 11:00 AM of the scheduled meeting day.
Be advised, the public may view the live-stream of the meeting on the Board’s
website or appear in person at any of the locations listed above.
