Meeting of the Commissioners’ Petition & Cover Sheet Review Committee for Independent Nominating Petition Matters
for the November 8, 2022 General Election
Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Rules [Rule D2], a Commissioners’ Petition and Cover Sheet Review Committee, will meet in accordance with the following schedule:
Thursday, July 7, 2022, At 1:30 P.M.
In the event that there are no matters for consideration by the Commissioners’ Committee, at a scheduled meeting, notice of cancellation will be posted on the BOE’s website by 1:00 PM of the scheduled meeting day.
Please note that pursuant to Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022 and Executive Order 11.7, signed by the Governor of the State of New York, this meeting will be conducted via WebEx and the public may view the meeting, which will be live-streamed, on the Board’s website, or appear in person.
