Hearings on Independent Nominating Petitions
Hearings for Independent Nominating Petitions and related matters for the November 7, 2023 General Election are scheduled for Tuesday, July 11, 2023.
All hearings will begin promptly at 1:30PM and will be held in-person. No virtual appearances will be permitted. Anyone wishing to appear before the Board must file a Notice of Appearance/Authorization, which can be found here. Any materials to be reviewed by the Board must be submitted at the Hearings.
Matters will be called in the order that they appear on their respective calendars. The Calendar and Hearing Order has been confirmed as follows:
- New York County
- Kings County
