RANDOM DRAW FOR BALLOT POSITION - JUNE 24, 2025 PRIMARY ELECTION

Dear Candidate:

New York State Election Law, Section 7-116(3) requires the Board of Elections in the City of New York to determine by lot the order in which shall be printed on the official Primary Election Day ballot, under title of the office or position, the names of the candidates for public office, the names of candidates for party position to which no more than one person is to be elected, and the groups of names of candidates for party positions where two or more persons are to be elected thereto. Your attendance is not required to participate in this random drawing, which will be live streamed on the Board’s website (www.vote.nyc).

The Board of Elections in the City of New York will conduct a random drawing of the order of the ballot for the June 24, 2025 Primary Election on Wednesday, April 30 at 10:00AM located at 42 Broadway, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10004 until completion. The drawing will be conducted in the following order:

Citywide Offices
New York County
Bronx County
Kings County
Queens County
Richmond County
