Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Rules [Rule D2], a Commissioners’ Petition and Cover Sheet Review Committee, will meet in accordance with the following schedule:

Please note that pursuant to Executive Order 202.1, issued by the Governor of the State of New York, this meeting will be conducted via telephone conference call and the public may view the meeting which will be live-streamed on the Board’s website.
