Meeting of the Commissioners’ Petition & Cover Sheet Review Committee for Independent Nominating Petition Matters

for the November 4, 2025 General Election

Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Guidelines [Guideline D2], a Commissioners’ Petition and Cover Sheet Review Committee will meet in accordance with the following schedule:

Please note, as authorized by a resolution of the Board’s

Executive Committee, the following Commissioners will participate

at the Board offices listed below:

In the event that there are no matters for consideration by the Commissioners’ Committee, at a scheduled meeting, notice of cancellation will be posted on the BOE’s website by 10:00 AM of the scheduled meeting day.
