Meeting of the Commissioners’ Petition & Cover Sheet Review Committee
for Independent Nominating Petition Matters
for the February 3, 2026 Special Election
Pursuant to the provisions of the New York State Election Law [§3-212(5)], the Rules and Regulations of the New York State Board of Elections [9 NYCRR 6215] as well as the Board’s Independent Nominating Petition Guidelines [Guideline D2], a Commissioners’ Petition and Cover Sheet Review Committee will meet in accordance with the following schedule:
