HEARINGS ON INDEPENDENT NOMINATING PETITIONS FOR SPECIAL ELECTION FOR ASSEMBLY MEMBER, 58TH ASSEMBLY DISTRICT IN KINGS COUNTY

EMERGENCY PROCEDURES MODIFYING PART J OF THE INDEPENDENT NOMINATING PETITION RULES

 

In accordance with Chapter 1 of the Laws of 2022, Hearings will be conducted remotely.

 

To participate remotely, you must provide an email address for you and/or your designated representative. This email address will be used to send you directions on how to join the video/phone conference and a specific meeting time to join.

 

Anyone wishing to appear before the Board must file a Notice of Appearance/Authorization. You can find the form at: https://www.vote.nyc/sites/default/files/pdf/publications/2022/Notice_of_Apperance.pdf

*You will be scheduled for a specific time period and date.

Personal appearance by a candidate or objector will be permitted but must be requested. Admittance will be limited and spaced to maintain social distancing safety protocols. All visitors must maintain 3 feet of social distancing. All visitors must wear a mask or face covering.
